This form is to invite you to the third annual WCH House Party. If tax relief is needed, recipient should attend with friends and have a great time while supporting the WCH.
2. Food and Drink
a. Fresh and delicious Homemade Pizza Company pizza
Note. If amount of pizza consumed is greater than 70% of recipient’s body mass, penalties may be incurred.

3. Entertainment
Any/all rocking out will be handled by Loose Change. Proof of dance skills is not required for admittance. The Hustle is prohibited.
Pool tables will also be available. Hustling is prohibited.
4. Tickets
To purchase tickets please complete these steps:
a. Enter the amount below.
b. Fill out all pertinent information.
c. Pay $50 per person or $90 per couple.
c. Submit your name at the door.
d. Par-tay.
