The Winnetka Community House Fitness Centre offers a one-on-one training program designed to meet your personal fitness goals. Dolores Ohlwein
has many years of personal training experience and has been with the Community House Fitness Centre since 1991. She is certified through the International Association of Fitness Professionals with emphasis in exercise and aging and programming for clients with special medical concerns. Dolores enjoys designing body sculpting programs tailored to meet your fitness goals.

Chris Treiber has been with the Community House Fitness Centre since 1996. A life-long athlete, Chris combines his knowledge of sports and fitness instruction with his personal training experience. He is certified through the American Council of Exercise, a respected international organization that has been certifying personal fitness trainers since 1985. He is committed to pursuing continuing education courses, ensuring a current knowledge base in the ever-changing field of fitness.

Bob Davis is an experienced fitness trainer who has been certified through the International Sports Science Association and has teamed up with NY Strength President Dr. Jack Barnathan facilitating seminars to educate personal trainers. Endorsed by Mr. Olympia legend Tom Platz, Bob is passionate in training at all levels. He challenges elite athletes and gives a helpful boost to senior citizens with an appropriately modified program of functional movements and nutritional guidance.

Reygie Puangco is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has worked for many years as a Physical Therapy Aide at NorthShore University Healthsystem. He has been an athlete his entire life and discovered his heart belongs to weight training, basketball and boxing. Reygie has competed in the Golden Gloves and continues to be active in amateur boxing. He is committed to helping people reach their fitness goals by making sessions fun and results driven.

Alyse Ratchford is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and International Sports Science Association (ISSA). She has been personal training since 2007 and enjoys training clients of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners, well conditioned athletes, and pre/post partum women.
