Dolores Ohlwein has many years of
personal training experience and has been with the Community
House Fitness Centre since 1991. She is certified through
the International Association of Fitness Professionals with
emphasis in exercise and aging and programming for clients
with special medical concerns. Dolores enjoys designing body
sculpting programs tailored to meet your fitness goals.
Chris Treiber has been with the
Community House Fitness Centre since 1996. A life-long athlete,
Chris combines his knowledge of sports and fitness instruction
with his personal training experience. He is certified through
the American Council of Exercise, a respected international
organization that has been certifying personal fitness trainers
since 1985. He is committed to pursuing continuing education
courses, ensuring a current knowledge base in the ever-changing
field of fitness.
Beth Busch has recently joined the
Community House Fitness Centre staff. She is certified through
American Council on Exercise and is a former marathon runner
and tri-athlete. Beth wants to help you create a fitness program
that will allow you to reach your goals both inside and outside
of the Fitness Centre.
