Rhonda Gordon Fitness is now WCH Group X. Come join us at the Community House as we endeavor into the wonderful world of group fitness. Enjoy the same variety of classes with the same instructors you know and love. Don’t make exercise a chore. Spice it up! Group Fitness offers a variety of formats to keep you motivated and feeling healthy! Our Group Fitness programs offer a wide variety of structured fitness activities to meet your personal goals. Our instructors are prepared to inspire and motivate you to change and/or continue healthy fitness-related behaviors. Class descriptions listed may be offered at different times throughout the year. Class times differ throughout the year. Check the group fitness schedule for availability, changes, and current sessions.

All Group X plans are open to both members & non-members ages 14 years and older. Plans are available in punch card denominations of 5, 10, 20, 30, or unlimited year (of course walk-in’s are always welcome). Plans expire one year from date of purchase. Plans may not be transferred or shared. No refunds.

    why don’t you take and use photos taken at your facility and of actual classes? the ones you are using are ridiculous.

      We try to use photos from the WCH when we can. However we are not always able to, especially with new programs. It’s something we are trying to focus on more in the future.

      Wait – the schedule just came up after a long delay. I see that there are no classes offered on Wednesdays at 8:30 – that used to be a packed class time. Will you please add a new cardio class in that slot to replace the old class? Thanks!
