For the eighteenth consecutive
year, the Woman's Board of the Winnetka Community House will
present the Midwest's annual Modernism Show with top quality
examples of Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts, Prairie School, Art
Deco, Art Moderne, Mid-Centtury and other 20th Century design
movements. Furniture, paintings, prints, jewelry, metalwork,
pottery, textiles and clothing and other decorative arts from
these important periods of design will be offered for sale by
over 50 dealers from across the United States and Europe. All
events take place at the historic Winnetka Community House,
a not-for-profit recreational, educational, and cultural arts
facility serving the North Shore of Chicago. |
