The Garden Rooms

The Garden Reception Hall accommodates 250 people theatre style or 200 with tables and chairs. This space can be divided into two separate rooms. The highlight of our recent west wing addition, this room is ideal for corporate functions. Special features include its natural light from the wall of south-facing windows, fine woodwork, variable lighting configurations and its view of the Arches Garden courtyard. Four sets of French doors open into this beautiful outdoor garden. Together with the garden and the adjacent two story atrium, the space is perfect for a corporate luncheon.

 

 

Second Floor Meeting Rooms

Room 211
The second floor of the new west wing addition is an ideal business meeting site for both large and small corporate functions. Over 2500 square feet, this quiet comfortable meeting hall can be sectioned off into four separate meeting rooms for breakout sessions. Immediately outside of these meeting rooms are two lobby areas and an additional conference table area. Our facility serves as an inspirational meeting site – historic yet modern. It will meet your discerning needs to assure a productive, professional meeting. A full inventory of AV equipment is available to complement your presentation. Arrangements can be made to provide participants with a catered lunch.

The Barber Conference Room
This is a great space for smaller meetings. A quiet and modern space for 8–12 people, this space allows you to have the privacy needed to conduct your business meeting without losing any of our accomodations.

First Floor Meeting Rooms

Room 101
This large spacious room is characterized by a high ceiling, brass chandeliers and tall arched windows. The space accommodates 175 people theatre style or 125 with tables and chairs. It is perfect if you are having a luncheon or guest speaker.

 

Room 104
Located in the original section of our facility, this elegant room is ideal for a smaller business function. The room is decorated with brass chandeliers, oak floors and a picturesque fireplace. Its old-world look presents a feeling of its historic past and understated elegance.
